Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds

Most of our products are custom made and as such we cannot offer a refund. However, should you be less than fully satisfied with your purchase, send us an e-mail at support@spinningbranch.com  or call (928) 304-9900 and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction. For non-custom made items we can accept returns within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund. Call (928) 304-9900 to obtain a return authorization number.  Once you receive a return authorization number wrap the item securely and include a copy of your invoice that came with your shipment.

We recommend that you insure your shipment in case of loss in transit. We cannot accept returns on any engraved orders or issue credit for freight. The return will be reflected on your credit card within 30 days after receipt in our offices.

Note: We do not accept returns on any customized or engraved items, for refunds or merchandise exchanges. We will accept customized items for repair under our warranty policy as described in the Warranty section of the site.
